Responsibilities
Maintaining and deploying IT systems such as SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Office 365, MECM and many other platforms and applications
Providing excellent internal customer service with the primary goal of enabling others to do their jobs better
Troubleshooting IT tickets submitted by all levels of end users and task complexity
Demonstrating the ability to quickly shift gears and efficiently transition between multiple priorities and projects
Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
Qualification
Required
IT Professional with a passion for technology and helping others succeed
Experience in maintaining and deploying IT systems such as SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Office 365, MECM
Ability to provide excellent internal customer service
Willingness to troubleshoot IT tickets submitted by all levels of end users
Ability to quickly shift gears and efficiently transition between multiple priorities and projects
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Quick intuition, keen troubleshooting skills, and superior attention to detail
Preferred
Linux experience
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and SAN based storage solutions
Experience with client desktops, laptops, and phones
Experience in strategic planning and the adoption of new technologies and applications
