Sales Enablement Specialist, POS
Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support their sales organization by delivering programs and sales collateral that enhance sales effectiveness. The role involves managing key enablement initiatives, creating sales tools, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals and improve seller readiness.

Responsibilities
Manage sales projects and initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Create sales plays, playbooks, sales collateral, and sales readiness processes for various POS Sales Channels while working with Sales Leadership
Form Cross functional relationships with all areas including but not limited to Sales, Product, Compliance, Marketing, BI, and Sales Training to develop enablement tools for POS sellers - oftentimes the liaison between all teams
Create sales communication strategies to be distributed to various POS channels and departments ensuring appropriate timing, delivery and cadence
Partner with Training teams related to POS product releases, integrations and enhancements (including certification process)
Work with Sales Leadership to create a feedback loop on beta programs and pilots
Work with product groups on new releases to better understand the value proposition and GTM strategy for supporting sellers with sales readiness tools
Stay abreast of the needs within the POS sales organization and serve as the sales voices with the product support and POS operations teams in order to reduce and eliminate barriers to selling effectively
Support Leadership Development and Sales Methodology transformation tasks or projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is strongly recommended
3+ years in Sales Ops or Sales Enablement role
Proficiency in G-Suite tools and Microsoft
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while being goal-focused and motivated to complete projects in a timely manner
Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Team-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive approach to supporting additional priorities across the sales operations organization
Preferred
2+ years experience in POS or payments business is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background in retail, hospitality, food service, or sales
Understanding of sales methodology, marketing, lead campaigns and performance metrics
