Responsibilities
You will create, maintain, and validate item, recipe, and vendor master data to ensure accuracy across ERP and POS systems
You’ll monitor data quality, investigate issues, and resolve discrepancies that affect COGS, inventory, and reporting
You will enforce data standards and governance policies, ensuring all updates follow established workflows and approvals
You’ll partner with F&B, Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams to align data needs with business goals
You will support system enhancements, integrations, and data-related projects while continuously improving data processes
Qualification
Required
Experience working with structured data and strong attention to detail, especially in Excel (lookups, pivots)
Comfortable working across teams and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy digging into data issues
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with enterprise systems (such as SAP) or food & beverage operations
