They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer for their Residential team to manage projects, liaise with clients, and oversee the creative and logistical aspects of interior design.

Responsibilities

Expertise in antique & vintage furniture and object sourcing

Proficiency in material sourcing, including research & development for varied project requirements

Strong collaborative skills for coordinating decorative elements with architectural design

Comprehensive documentation of decorative & finish specifications/schedules, including material details, hardware, & fixtures

Skillful development of furniture plans

Experience in custom FF&E design and development

Budget management, including creation & execution of decorative project budgets

Proven ability to lead & manage decorative furnishing procurement

Effective liaison with workrooms to ensure high-quality craftsmanship & detail

Comprehensive management of installation scheduling and on-site coordination

Development of compelling client presentations, including visual research & design

Excellent presentation & communication skills
