The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead will oversee a team of SIU coordinators, manage assignments for field investigators, and ensure quality and accuracy in reporting while also engaging with clients and other departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of SIU coordinators - schedule, coordinate, prepare, and monitor the assignments of our field investigators. Documenting findings and drafting summary reports

Review and/or edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy

Communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and cross-sell other services to clients when opportunities arise

Train new coordinators and communicate with other departments including sales and operations managers to provide updates to files
