Software Engineering Co-Op (Summer/Fall 2026) (Onsite)

They are currently seeking a Software Engineering Co-Op to collaborate with software engineers in designing, developing, and testing software applications while gaining hands-on experience in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software engineers to design, develop, and test software applications
Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards
Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing solutions and improvements
Document development processes, code changes, and software architecture
Engage with the team in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning

Qualification

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Proficiency in C#: Solid understanding of C# programming language, including object-oriented principles and core .NET technologies
Familiarity with .NET Framework/ASP.NET: Basic experience with .NET Framework or ASP.NET for applications and services
Previous Software or Computer Engineering intern experience
Basic knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
Demonstrated experience through academic projects or personal work involving C# and .NET technologies
Knowledge of additional C# frameworks or libraries (e.g., Entity Framework, WPF)
