Responding to emails from attorneys, vendors, and court staff

Analyzing motions, orders, and other legal pleadings to determine next steps

Managing the hearings calendar for JAC attorneys

Processing attorney and due process vendor contracts

Assisting with public records requests

Other legal support duties

Qualification

Required

Applicants must have a minimum of two years of high-level administrative, secretarial, legal assistant, or paralegal experience

Applicants should also demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, and technological skills

Applicants selected for interviews will complete a skills test (15 minutes or less) to establish minimum proficiency in written communication and basic Microsoft Office skills
