NPAworld is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to facilitate and manage the commercial lending process. The role involves assessing the creditworthiness of businesses, developing tailored lending solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Evaluate Creditworthiness: Assess the financial health and creditworthiness of businesses by analyzing their financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other relevant documentation
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financing requirements and provide tailored lending solutions
Loan Origination: Generate new business by actively prospecting, identifying, and acquiring potential commercial loan customers
Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with each loan application and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to determine the feasibility and profitability of loan requests, ensuring compliance with lending policies, regulations, and industry best practices
Loan Structuring and Documentation: Collaborate with clients to structure loan transactions, prepare loan packages, and ensure accurate and complete loan documentation
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios, assess potential risks, and implement appropriate actions to mitigate any identified issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Commercial Loan Officer or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit risk assessment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial information and make informed lending decisions
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a customer-centric mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
Familiarity with commercial lending practices, loan structuring, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Preferred

A master's degree is a plus
