They are seeking an Injection Molding Team Lead to oversee daily operations and provide leadership to a team of warehouse associates, focusing on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations including pulling, packing, collecting, inspecting, and light assembly of parts and materials

Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals

Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols

Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment

Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating concerns as needed

Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system

Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Other duties as assigned
