Sales Manager
Fun Town RV is building something special in the RV space and is seeking elite leadership to elevate their operations. The role requires a leader who can develop teams, create culture, and drive results while managing sales processes and KPIs.

Build people, create culture, and develop winning teams that perform consistently
Lead from the front and set the standard every day
Hold themselves and their teams accountable
Recruit and develop strong sales talent
Understand that process, KPIs, and profitability matter just as much as culture
Develop people, bring structure to the operation, and drive results without excuses
Qualification
Required
Experience as an RV Sales Manager or General Manager
Ability to build people and create culture
Proven track record of developing winning teams
Strong leadership skills and accountability
Experience in recruiting and developing strong sales talent
Understanding of process, KPIs, and profitability
Preferred
Experience in the RV industry
Strong competitive drive
Ability to drive results without excuses
