Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle accounting including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed assets

Ensure compliance with GAAP and support audits and tax filings

Partner with operations and leadership to support business decision-making

Assist with process improvements and accounting system efficiencies

Support Caribbean office operations during quarterly on-site visits
