Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive financial plans & planning analyses to support client meetings, including cash flow, retirement education, risk management, and scenario modeling
Generate and maintain planning-related reports, illustrations, and summaries
Perform case preparation prior to client meetings, including data gathering & plan updates
Collaborate closely with lead advisors & second chairs to ensure financial plans are accurate & aligned with client objectives
Analyze portfolio performance and planning assumptions to support client strategy discussions
Maintain planning data integrity across planning software, CRM, and internal systems
Continuously improve planning workflows, templates, and internal processes to increase efficiency and consistency across the firm
Other duties as assigned
This is a salaried position focused on planning and preparation. Sales and business development responsibilities are introduced later in the development path

Required

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of accountability
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, sound judgement, and professionalism
Ability to work through complex & ambiguous situations with limited formal authority
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
Comfort operating in in a fast-paced professional environment
Strong interest in building a long-term career as a financial advisor
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
0-3 years of experience in the finance industry

Preferred

Securities licensing (FINRA Series 7 & 63/66) a plus; otherwise, willing to pursue within 180 days
Desire to pursue professional planning credentials such as CFP, ChFC, and/or RICP
