Responsibilities
Reviewing and approving consumer installment loans
Assisting Branch Team Members with all loan approval issues as needed
Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loan status
Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments
Qualification
Required
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Experience in reviewing and approving consumer installment loans
Ability to assist Branch Team Members with loan approval issues
Skill in creating and maintaining positive customer relationships
Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their loan status
Capability to provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone
Ability to assist with questions and take and post loan payments
