Required

14+ years of experience in Application Development with strong leadership experience

Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and Python

Solid background in web development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)

Hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly or other feature flagging platforms

Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer tools (GitHub Copilot, GitHub Agent Mode, Cursor)

Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and cloud-native architectures

Proven track record in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to integrating AI in applications

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

Prior experience as a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead in large-scale enterprise projects
