Provide vision and leadership for all areas of Academic Affairs, including six colleges, the School of Nursing & Health Professions, the School of Agriculture, libraries, research centers, and academic support units
Guide program development, accreditation, and resource alignment
Lead faculty recruitment, development, and student success initiatives
Oversee academic budgets, accreditation processes, and compliance
Partner with deans to launch new professional programs (dental hygiene, veterinary medicine)
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative academic culture
Qualification
Required
Innovative leadership in academic affairs
Experience in guiding program development and accreditation
Ability to oversee academic budgets and compliance
