Required
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, or relationship management
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Relationship-focused with a customer-first mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, supervisors, and leadership
Detail-oriented while keeping the big picture in mind
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Preferred
Experience working in a service-based, or facilities management
