Live Nation Entertainment is a leading company in producing innovative music festivals and events. They are seeking motivated individuals for the Exterior Operations Crew to manage transportation and exterior operations during events, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as fork lifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, front end loaders, skid steers etc

Direct the crew in how to safely perform their job, work with a fence vendor to mark out fence lines, manage inventory for loading and unloading of trucks, work with heavy equipment vendors to report maintenance for equipment etc

Hanging signs around the festival perimeter to direct headliners to where they need to go

Direct the signage crew, and has a strong understanding of the local area, patron flow, key points of interest and paths of travel

Load & unload headliners from buses

Manage the shuttle staff break times, checking in bus drivers, ensuring buses are running smoothly, and troubleshooting any issues as they arrive

Must have clean motor vehicle report

Must have a Valid Driver's License

Must be 18 or older

Must be able to walk long distances for long periods of time, constantly moving and on feet

Must be able to lift 50+lbs

Clean and presentable attire (show blacks)

Must be motivated with an 'Everything is possible' attitude

Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
