Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends and support clinical and operational decision-making
Evaluate, test, and optimize health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient information flow
Prepare dashboards, reports, and recommendations for clinicians, IT teams, and leadership to drive improvements in care delivery and system performance
Qualification
Required
Experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical skills, including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis
Ability to collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
