The role involves overseeing special projects, reviewing payroll procedures, and ensuring accuracy in bonus and equity payments for senior leadership while collaborating closely with the accounting and HR departments.

Take on special project off of the current head of payroll's plate

Review the payment of bonuses and equity to senior leadership for accuracy

Required

10+ years of experience heading up the payroll function is required

Prior experience working on ADP and Workday is required

Prior experience working on payroll for 4K+ employees is required

Prior experience with Union Payroll is required

Prior experience with process improvement and documentation is required

Excellent communication and ability to work on cross functional team is required

Preferred

Prior experience handling bonus and equity payouts for leadership is desired

Prior supervisory experience is desired
