Responsibilities

Required

Master's Degree

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting

Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experiences

Clear and effective communication (both verbal and written)

Sustained focus on the customer (i.e. our physicians, APPs, nurses, etc.)

Ability to plan and align

Ability to collaborate across groups while also driving results

Adept at Lean processes that reduce waste

Technology savvy

Presentation abilities

Ability to assert an executive presence

Possess nomenclature fluency to work effectively in a healthcare environment with clinical and operational stakeholders
