We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution

Maintain operational standards by developing, implementing, and enforcing warehouse procedures and personnel policies

Ensure the safety and security of warehouse staff and inventory by monitoring and enforcing all safety procedures

Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling variances, and maintaining system accuracy

Manage and develop a team of 10+ warehouse associates across multiple shifts; oversee scheduling, training, and performance management

Ensure all inbound and outbound products are processed accurately and efficiently; resolve discrepancies in receiving reports and invoices

Conduct daily and weekly warehouse inspections to verify cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality

Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by coaching and motivating team members

Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards

Collaborate with branch and operations leadership to improve productivity, control expenses, and meet service expectations

Serve as the key point of contact for communication with drivers, retail teams, and management to ensure accurate and on-time delivery

Support company goals by participating in special projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Proven ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory management best practices

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and work in varying physical conditions

Commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Preferred

College degree preferred

Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification preferred
