Sr Director, Programming Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement

The Sr Director, Programming Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling biometrics programming and analytics infrastructure to support a growing biotech portfolio, while ensuring regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the biometrics infrastructure and analytics platform strategy
Lead and develop the Programming Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement team
Lead development of a scalable, multi-language computational environment (SAS, R, Python, etc.) to support statistical analysis, reporting, and data review
Drive automation and standardization, and enable responsible adoption of AI and advanced analytics for data review, analysis, and programming efficiency
Lead the infrastructure team as the primary Biometrics partner to IT, providing domain expertise for analytics platforms, system lifecycle management, and technology initiatives, and serving as the strategic escalation point as needed
Oversee computer system validation (CSV), data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance for biometrics platforms in partnership with IT and Quality, ensuring GxP and inspection readiness
Evaluate, pilot, and scale new tools, technologies, and vendor solutions aligned with business needs
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
12+ years of experience (MS) or 10+ years of experience (PhD) in statistical programming and analytics within pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical development
Progressive leadership responsibility
Strong experience enabling open-source tools (R, Python, etc.) and with solid working knowledge in SAS
Proven experience leading technology, infrastructure, or analytics transformation in a GxP setting
Solid understanding of CSV, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness
Preferred
Experience enabling AI/ML-driven analytics or automation in clinical development
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms
