ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead ServiceNow Architect, providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions
Architect and deliver scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and implementation plans
Lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance processes
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations
Qualification
Required
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources (HR) certification
15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation
Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge
Applicants need to be a US Citizen to be considered for the position and have physically resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years due to background investigation requirements
Preferred
Advanced certifications in ServiceNow, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or additional CIS certifications
Experience with federal government clients or public sector environments
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
