Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and direct activities on assigned project, such as timelines, milestones and resource allocation
Complete administrative functions associated with project creation and close out in project management system
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management related meetings
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client and internal stakeholders
General support of project management function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Business, Engineering or Project Management
Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience
Acute attention to detail, grammar, presentation, and process
Excellent customer service attitude
Preferred
Experience with SalesForce/FinancialForce a plus
Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
Experience in industrial automation industry
