Human Resources Assistant
SECLOCK is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support their HR department with various administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, and event coordination to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain complete and accurate employee files, as well as human resources and operations related files, records, and documentation (i.e. I-9 Binder)
Maintain current paper and electronic employee files
Assist with timekeeping and payroll functions including timecard changes, PTO requests/tracking, and running reports
Serve as point of contact for routine employee and HR inquiries
Schedule interviews, trainings, and other meetings as requested by the HR team
Maintain up-to-date tracking system for all company-wide trainings
Assist with internal audits by running reports and gathering required information as directed by the HR team
Assists with the planning and execution of special events such as benefits Open Enrollment, company-wide meetings and trainings, employee recognition events, and holiday parties
Assist with Mid-Year and Annual Performance Review seasons as needed
Assist with posting job vacancies on job boards and social media
Review resumes submitted through Indeed and the SECLOCK website to determine qualified candidates and schedule interviews with candidates as requested by HR team
Prepare onboarding materials, ensure completion of new hire documentation, and assist with new hire orientation
Complete internal and external company-wide mailings pertaining to HR initiatives
Input data into payroll system throughout the year to ensure electronic employee files are up-to-date with current address, pay rate, deductions, and tax information
Coordinate with the Marketing department to maintain SECLOCK’s Careers pages on the company website and social media
Assist with Order Entry responsibilities as time permits
Maintains confidentiality of employee information at all times
Qualification
Required
Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information at all times
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Ability to handle a large volume of work, as well as balance different tasks throughout the day
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, payroll systems (either Paychex or ADP), HRIS, and similar computer applications
