Responsibilities

They provide guidance and advice to both individuals and teams on people management, determine root causes of issues, and recommend plans to optimize talent, structure, and culture. They also coach managers and leaders to develop their skills and competencies

They act as internal consultants, establishing trust and credibility with individuals, groups and leaders, and serve as a sounding board for organizational and people issues. They maintain an understanding of each group’s direction and identify opportunities to enhance capabilities through organizational effectiveness and workforce planning

They provide expertise in facilitating employee relations challenges in a positive and proactive manner, offering recommendations and feedback to ensure appropriate resolution

They utilize data and analytics to inform key people decisions and enhance organizational capabilities

They respond and resolve HR inquiries, in partnership with other functional HR areas to provide a positive customer delivery focused experience. They also assist with other HR cyclical processes including open enrollment, required training, performance management and compensation cycles

Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state and local laws

Required

At least a Bachelor's Degree

At least five years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP/HR partner role with knowledge across multiple HR disciplines

Skilled at engaging, inspiring, and influencing individuals across various groups and organizational levels

Superior effective and timely communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, influencing decisions and building trust required to effectively partner across the organization

Enthusiastic dedication to delivering a high level of service, creating a supportive and efficient environment for both managers and employees

Demonstrated ability to excel within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, leveraging teamwork to achieve outstanding results

Proven capacity to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, embracing change and proactively seeking solutions

Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage change effectively, utilizing a data-driven methodology to achieve desired outcomes

Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state and local laws

Preferred

Masters Degree

SHRM-CP or PHR certification
