Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Receive and Distribute mail
Manage office supplies and breakroom inventory and place orders as needed
Reconcile vendor invoices
Send out company announcements as needed
Coordinate and Facilitate office events
Weekly Friday Breakfast Order/Pick up and Sam’s/Walmart pick up
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Support HR and other departments with clerical tasks as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk or administrative or office support role
Clean driving record
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with office equipment (Microsoft Teams, printers, copiers)
Present Professionalism in a Casual Environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Able to work independently, be punctual and meet deadlines
