The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving issues with various security equipment and will receive their service call schedule in advance.

Troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Working with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, and others
Managing a service call schedule efficiently
Providing customer support
Qualification
Required
Experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Experience with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista and any others is a plus
Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
Knowledge of how these systems work, how they are set up, and knowledge of Alarm.com and other systems
Skills in CCTV, Access control, Security, Cabling, Cable, Alarm systems, Honeywell, Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, Low voltage, Cat5, Cat6, Electrical, Alarms, fire alarm system
Ability to manage a work schedule efficiently
Customer support

Working in new construction and occupied commercial buildings
