Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Loan Officer duties, including evaluating and managing mortgage applications
Comprehensive understanding of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
Expertise in Underwriting processes and standards
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and resolving inquiries
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance within the mortgage industry
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications in mortgage lending is an asset
