Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
Preferred
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
