Chiesi Farmaceutici is an international biopharmaceutical group focused on promoting a healthier world. They are seeking an Operations Analyst to work with Market Access data for Global Rare Disease products, primarily responsible for building and updating Market Access metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

Building and updating Market Access metrics and reporting

Analyzing and regularly updating complex data sets (payer mix, competitive market data etc.)

Organize and cross check discounts with Finance and Government pricing

Build and update policy forecast trackers with financial inputs

Support Market Access policy and contracting needs

Pricing analyses and reimbursement tracking

Pulling payer insights by plan and geography

Required

BS/BA or advanced degree required

1-2 years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in data analytics type roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of Market Access insights

Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative), strategic thinking, creativity & problem-solving skills

Self-directed and confident, with ability to contribute to shared commitment and goals to achieve high standards of performance

Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and multifunctional resources concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail while responding to rapidly changing priorities and aggressive deadlines

Proficient in SQL and MS Office, specifically Excel

Preferred

Knowledge of current US payer environment and Market Access dynamics

Additional experience working with analysis or other data reporting tools (such as PowerBI)
