They are seeking a System Operator to join their GROVE team, where the role involves monitoring real-time energy data and supporting grid optimization efforts nationwide.

Responsibilities
Monitor distributed generation assets and report on performance
Log and process dispatch signals with accuracy
Track and analyze energy data using Excel and internal tools
Support internal teams when alerts or issues arise
Document processes and maintain accurate records
Provide data and insights to support customer and sales teams
Communicate clearly and work efficiently with your shift team
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn new technical systems, dashboards, and proprietary software quickly
Comfort working with data, understanding numerical thresholds, and tracking performance metrics
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work one of three shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, or 11 PM–7 AM)
Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Experience with data analysis, control systems, or energy monitoring
Exposure to troubleshooting or maintaining technical systems
Background in a technical training program or coursework in electronics, IT, or engineering
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
