The role involves migrating business partners from IBM Sterling B2B to Axway, coordinating customer transitions, troubleshooting communications, and updating leadership on progress.

Responsibilities
This person will be contacting customers to let them know about the transition, coordinating with proper customer contacts around timing, troubleshooting and updating leadership on outcomes
Troubleshooting any AS2 connections, and SFTP login credentials
Mapping experience Axway's suite of tools is a huge plus, primarily Mapping Services, used for designing, simulating, deploying, and managing data transformations (mappings) between different formats in B2B and API integration scenarios
Individuals that have done a migration, customer setups, etc. will be a good fit for this.. . Local to location is preferred: 2-3 days onsite
Qualification
Required
Experience in contacting customers regarding transitions and coordinating with customer contacts
Troubleshooting AS2 connections and SFTP login credentials
Mapping experience with Axway's suite of tools, particularly Mapping Services
Experience in migration and customer setups
Preferred
Local to Winston-Salem, NC for 2-3 days onsite
