Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence with minimal supervision
Prepare discovery requests and responses
Obtain and track medical records and bills related to client care
Review and summarize medical documentation and account balances
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including jury instructions, exhibits, and subpoenas
Monitor court dockets, manage key deadlines, and maintain case files
Draft and assist in preparing settlement calculations and agreements
Handle administrative duties such as calendaring hearings and maintaining organized legal files
Qualification
Required
10-15+ years of litigation experience focused on Personal Injury cases
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple case files simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and well-developed organizational abilities
