This role involves collaborating with business users and technology teams to assess and document the needs of the Securities-Based Lending platform, while providing technical oversight throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities
Communicates with programmers to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements of the users. Works with programmers to ensure that the delivered system matches the specified features and functions
Assesses available technologies recommending innovative and cost-effective solutions
Analyzes business challenges and recommends appropriate IT solutions and services
Maps current business processes to new systems and supports the transition to the new solution
Determines interface requirements for effective system transition
Resolves issues that cross multiple systems or departments that may affect the business process
Develops detailed specification documents that include features and functions of the new system
Develops test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements
Implements new system installations, upgrade and conversions
Documents selected system parameters, file layouts and application design layouts. Tracks open issues and resolution of issues
Qualification
Required
4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
7+ Years of related experience
Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills
Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
Previous management experience required
Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed
Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications
Preferred
Experience with end-to-end technology product delivery experience in the big 4 technology consulting or Fintech industry
Experience in the Lending or Capital Market industries
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience designing integration solution and leading technical integration work
A good understanding of integration patterns, APIs, ETL and other related technology
Experience managing regulatory compliance programs
In-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and experience developing business and technical workflow, process mapping, use cases, epics, capabilities, features, and user stories
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and influence senior business partners
Methodical, attention to detail and ability to produce professional, complete work product
This position requires a self-driven individual, with an ownership mind-set, and a strong work ethic
This position requires a proactive team player, willing to share knowledge with all team members
