eCommerce Specialist, Content & Digital Experience

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will support various aspects of eCommerce operations, focusing on executing and optimizing digital merchandising strategies to enhance product discoverability and conversion across the DTC site and Amazon storefront.

Responsibilities

Assisting with the management and optimization of our eCommerce platforms, including our website and Amazon third-party marketplace

Updating and maintaining website content, including landing pages, category pages, and promotional banners, to ensure accuracy and relevance

Coordinating product launches, new feature releases, and other visual merchandising efforts to drive sales and engagement

Optimizing product listings with compelling content, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates

Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, to enhance product listings and website content

Monitoring and analyzing eCommerce performance metrics, including search data, digital experience metrics, and customer behavior, using data insights to inform decision-making

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, digital marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives

Staying informed about emerging eCommerce technologies, platforms, and trends, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance our online presence

Required

A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

3–5 years of eCommerce experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through visual merchandising and content strategy

A deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets

Preferred

Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SearchSpring), and lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Bloomreach) is preferred
