Mercy is a healthcare organization seeking an Executive Assistant to provide advanced and confidential administrative support to the President and COO. The role includes coordinating travel arrangements, supervising administrative assistants, and handling general office duties while maintaining a high level of competence and discretion.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and supports travel arrangements
Supervises the Administrative Assistants of the Executive Officers
General Office duties are required, must proficient in Microsoft Office
Periodically completes projects
Responsible for the Governing Board Meetings, scheduling and set, up in addition to the minutes
Must work independently with a high level of competence, understanding the importance and sensitive nature of the material he/she will have knowledge of
Schedule will vary at times
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Graduate with additional education in typing, stenography, personal computer operation, and business English
Two years' experience in clerical support positions
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
Coordinates and supports travel arrangements
Supervises the Administrative Assistants of the Executive Officers
General Office duties are required, must proficient in Microsoft Office
