The role involves optimizing the flow of epics/features and managing Agile Release Train ceremonies while promoting Agile principles within the team.

Responsibilities
Guide and coach the teams on the Agile Release Train on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles
Define, schedule, and coordinate Release trains
Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies (for example, Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums), System Demos, and Retrospective
In collaboration with the Product Manager, ensure the program has a healthy product/program backlog
Ensure that Releases follow Enterprise change policies and guidelines
Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the ART
Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments
Responsible for providing status updates and reporting pertaining to ART plans/delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART
Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities
Manage change coordination responsibilities for releases
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience with Scaled Agile, preferably as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence as well as ITSM platforms such as Service Now or Remedy
Incident or Problem management and change management systems experience (ITMS/Remedy)
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately
Strong understanding of and experience with change management concepts and standard practices
Ability to participate in occasional weekend and after hour change activity
