Responsibilities
Manages complex projects within a Business Unit and works independently
Plans, executes, and closes projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Defines project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
Manages project risks, issues, and changes, and keeps stakeholders informed
Coordinates and leads project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Monitors project performance metrics and report on project progress to the ePMO and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a tech or service-oriented company
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, JIRA)
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Complete knowledge of the project management discipline
Ability to sit for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
