Responsibilities
Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs
Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones
Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative
Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints
Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship
Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots
Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications
Articulately represent the program across touchpoints
Anticipate change management requirements. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis
Proactively drive pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments
Define future change management needs
Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making
Resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders. Proactively manage program escalations
Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making
Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation
Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring
Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. drive effective program stakeholder meetings
