Responsibilities
Coordination of the company's tasks related to the environment, health and safety, and fire protection
Monitoring and keeping up-to-date occupational health and safety regulations and related documents
Knowledge and compliance with relevant legislation and other requirements, preparation of the conditions necessary for compliance in case of changes
Ensure operation according to ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems, active participation in the successful conduct of audits
Supervision and coordination of official license procedures
Preparation of annual reports
Coordination of periodic fire safety inspections
Coordination of periodic Lifting-Equipments inspection
Implementation of relevant EHS programs
Investigation of incidents, root cause analysis, implement of corrective measures
Preparation and implementation of annual accident prevention, fire prevention, health protection and environmental protection plans
Checking the occupational safety compliance and use of work tools, machines and equipment, conducting commissioning procedures
Effective cooperation with other departments
Preparation of annual reports and statements
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree – safety and/or fire safety and/or environment
3-5 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Coordination of the company's tasks related to the environment, health and safety, and fire protection
Monitoring and keeping up-to-date occupational health and safety regulations and related documents
Knowledge and compliance with relevant legislation and other requirements, preparation of the conditions necessary for compliance in case of changes
