Responsibilities

Serve as a primary HRXPRESS resource for Distribution and Fulfillment Centers at all levels
Provide guidance on company-specific HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
Respond to inquiries related to leaves of absence, time off, pay during leave, disability programs, family leave, and job protection
Document call summaries and processing steps in ServiceNow case management system
Ensure compliance with FMLA, ERISA, state disability programs, family leave policies, and legislative sick policies
Use internal resources, policies, and procedures to expand HR subject knowledge
Process leave of absence administration accurately and on time using dashboard workload reports
Cross-train to support evolving HR Service Center needs
Participate in special projects as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems
Ability to work effectively on a team and remain flexible
Strong knowledge retention and resource utilization skills
Ability to work under pressure

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
1–2 years of related HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
