Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Consistently meet or exceed 100% team goal attainment
Track, establish and report monthly revenue packages for your team
Mentor and guide the team through coaching and shadowing to increase conversion rates
Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Sales Team members
Establish and manage processes and reports for tracking call activity, email activity, service levels, communication quality, and other key metrics with senior sales management to optimize team performance
Actively use Salesforce CRM to lead the sales process, reporting, dashboards and set standards for performance metrics
Collaborate cross functionally with our Marketing, Strategic Partnership, and Product teams to identify the best sources of leads
Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to create talk tracks, sales plays, and email content to ensure high quality / efficient communications
Network, interview, hire and onboard to maintain a team staffed to meet demand & opportunity gearing ratios
Partner with marketing to manage prospect research, list building, and lead loading into Outreach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Worked full-cycle SaaS or payments Sales for 5+ years
Minimum 2 years experience directly Managing individual contributors closing business
Experience coaching a Closing Sales team with 5+ Account Executive
Fluent daily experience with creating reports & ideally able to create dashboards in Salesforce
Past experience with Outreach, Chorus a.i and Dialpad or equivalent technologies
Experience with leveraging a BI tool and interpreting the data
Basic understanding of the capabilities of a marketing automation system
Professional, friendly and genuine
Ability to make data driven decisions
