Responsibilities

Lead restaurants from kickoff to go-live
Translate messy real-world operations into a clean, working system
Make FIRST feel indispensable from day one
Become a trusted partner to restaurant owners and operators
Identify upsell opportunities as accounts scale
Retain and expand accounts through real relationships, not scripts
Communicate feedback directly to the CEO and engineering team
Help shape product decisions based on real-world usage
Close the loop between restaurant reality and software development

Required

Any experience (new grads ok)
Ability to relate easily to diverse individuals
