Responsibilities
Own the sales function end-to-end
Be the primary driver of new business growth, outreach activities, and strategic relationship development
Generate opportunities through networking, referral partnerships, and traditional sales strategies to successfully close deals
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive excellent service
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of successful B2B consultative sales experience (HR outsourcing, payroll, staffing, benefits, insurance, or related fields preferred)
Demonstrated success generating your own leads through outbound activity
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Experienced with engaging with business owners and executive leaders
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
