Accounting & Office Administrator
Let's Work LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Office Administrator to support daily financial operations and general office functions. The role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial records, and providing general office support while reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment posting, and customer account follow-up
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices, payment processing, and recordkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting
Provide general office support, including filing, document management, and correspondence
Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal staff
Support the CFO with administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience using QuickBooks (AR/AP required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role
Experience in manufacturing, recycling, logistics, or industrial environments
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
