Responsibilities

Creating or reviewing job descriptions and posting openings online to various sourcing avenues

Assess incoming resumes and maintaining active candidate pipelines

Contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, and providing updates

Booking meeting rooms, managing calendars, and assisting candidates during the interview process

Conduct interviews by phone or in person

Maintain interview and hiring records

Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets

Helping with the new hire orientation and onboarding process

Assist with other employee communications

Assist with employee events

Compiles and tracks data; prepares reports as needed

Answers and refers personnel-related questions and inquiries to appropriate teammates

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software

Preferred

Experience in human resources and recruiting

Understanding of human resources policies and practices

Knowledge of HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Working knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Handshake

Basic Knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position

Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs
