Responsibilities

Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc Magic system
Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy
Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents
Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines
Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!

Required

Ability to work in a 'High Volume' environment
Great work ethic
Must have experience with Encompass
Minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans

Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!
