Responsibilities
Coordination and delivery of print communication materials for UHC M&R members, brokers, and providers
Serves as a liaison between internal business customers, and external vendors to ensure quality and timeliness across a variety of high-volume printing projects
Develops project schedules and time frames
Duties may include training new team members on print production techniques
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree
7+ years Extensive print and mail production experience
7+ years experience managing vendor relationships
Project management experience
PC proficiency - Microsoft and Adobe experience
Postal knowledge
