Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for firm-approved applications through various methods (in-person, phone, email, remote access)
Respond to and prioritize incoming IT ticket requests, escalating issues to the appropriate technician where needed
Maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and accessories, ensuring they are virus-free and secure
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Configure and optimize desktops, notebooks, and printers for performance, reliability, and ease of use
Collaborate with the local Technology team on hardware/software installations, user training, and support requests
Provide audio/visual setup and technical assistance for onsite and offsite events
Assist in configuring and deploying Apple DEP devices, including personal mobile devices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
1+ years of technology support experience, specifically in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
At least 1+ years of experience working with notebook computers, with preference for Lenovo hardware
Familiarity with remote communications hardware and ability to maintain accurate technical documentation
